Novastruct Projects was founded by Lloyd Ellis with a vision to offer a fully comprehensive ‘under one roof’ construction project management service available and accessible to anyone embarking on a residential construction or commercial construction project – no matter how big or small, or what their budget.

Raised in South Africa, Lloyd’s early career as a professional sportsman developed his work ethic, team work skills and communication skills, eventually bringing him to the UK. With a serendipitous career change, Lloyd now has over a decade of experience in the project management of a range of builds, including healthcare, hospitality, and retail, as well as residential renovations and extensions. He is the go-to expert for construction consulting, dealing with clients on a 1-to-1 basis as their dedicated building project manager – taking care of everything from inception and planning to construction and delivery.

Forming Novastruct as an independent family business in Lymington was a comfortable next step and natural development, allowing Lloyd to harness his motivation, obsession with detail, and now, phenomenal database of clients, contractors and suppliers.

Lloyd has first-hand experience in completing a broad range of commercial and residential builds, including renovations and refurbishment for the latter, where he has worked with some of the most accomplished architects, designers, contractors and suppliers.
